Cashier/Customer Service Representatives
Our Cashiers/Customer Service Representatives are responsible for the overall customer experience and provide exceptional service at every customer interaction. They are friendly, outgoing, and service-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting customers in a polite and friendly manner.
- Processing cash, cheque, debit, credit card, and gift card transactions.
- Balancing register sales and completing associated paperwork.
Automotive Parts Representative
Start your career as an Automotive Parts Representative and work towards retail management, outside sales, or other in-demand roles within our growing organization. Our Automotive Parts Representatives are who our customers rely on for product information and general automotive knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Making informed aftermarket parts and product recommendations that best meet the needs of customers.
- Procuring products and parts for customers quickly and efficiently.
- Resolving customer issues or complaints respectfully and fairly.
