Returns Policy
Items that are unopened and in re-sellable condition can be returned with a receipt within 1 year of purchase. A refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Items opened, damaged and/or not in re-sellable condition will not be eligible for return. Parts cannot be returned if installation has been attempted. New product exchanges are handled in the same manner as returns.
Please note that Shipping Charges are not eligible for a refund.
All defective exchanges are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and may be repaired or replaced.

Electrical parts or electrical test equipment

Special order parts (i.e., product special ordered from a third-party supplier)

Returning a Core
The core charge is used as a deposit on an old part that can be remanufactured for future sale. If you have paid a core charge for an item, you are eligible for a refund upon returning the old unit in its original packaging. All applicable cores must be drained before returning for core credit.
