No, you cannot apply other discounts to Red Sheet Specials.
To take advantage of Red Sheet Specials, you must have a valid Lordco Auto Parts customer account and place your order at the 36th Annual Tradeshow on April 8-9, 2026.
There are three ways to place a trade show order:
- Place orders at the show by completing and submitting paper order forms available at the show
- Ask your Lordco Auto Parts sales representative to place an order on your behalf
- Log in to the Lordco Customer Portal, our online ordering system and order online. This option is exclusively for Lordco Business Account holders.
Follow these steps to place an order online:
- Open the customer portal in your web browser.
- Enter your Lordco account number and password.
- Login and select Tradeshow from the Product Ordering menu.
- Search the online catalogue by Part Number, Line Code, Category, Description or Vendor.
- Add items to your cart by entering the quantity you wish to purchase.
- Review your order before submitting it for processing.
- As you build an order, the total number of items in your cart will update in the top-right corner and your running subtotal will change. You can view your pending order any time by clicking the View Cart button in the top right corner. You can remove an item from your order by viewing your cart and clicking the garbage can icon. Once you are satisfied with your order, fill out the contact information and click submit.
To set up your customer account, follow these steps:
- Open the customer portal in your web browser.
- Click the Register button in the right corner.
- Enter your Lordco Business Account number and then click Continue.
- Verify the account matches your phone number.
- Create your customer portal password.
- Check your email and verify.
- Once your account is verified, click the link to return to the login page and enter your Lordco account number and newly created password to access the portal.
If you are eligible for Lordco Premiums, follow these steps to place an order:
1. Open the customer portal in your web browser.
2. Enter your Lordco Business Account Number and Password.
3. Login and select Order Products from the Premiums menu.
4. If you have any special instructions, type them out clearly in the comments field and then click Save Comment.
Once your order has been submitted, you can select View History to check on your order or log out. The deadline for ordering Lordco premiums is TBD.
Supplier premiums are specials rewards offered by our suppliers when special product ordering requirements are met. Examples of supplier premiums are gift cards, free products, and custom apparel. Details about supplier premiums are found within the catalogue on the pages of participating manufacturers.
