The cast and steel jack is exactly the same as the all-cast jack except that it has four stamped high-strength steel parts. Hi-Lift stamps and forms the parts in-house; that allows them to offer the jack at a lower price, while still maintain the rigid quality standards that every Hi-Lift product must meet.

The steel parts on the Cast and Steel Jack are the Top Clamp-Clevis, Foot Piece, Handle Socket, and Pitman.
