Bring your confirmation email or order number, along with a valid photo ID, to the parts counter located inside the store.

How will I know when my order is ready?
You will receive an email from us when your order is ready for pickup. Your online order should be available for pickup within two to 24 hours, depending on product availability.
For how many days will the store hold my order?
The store will hold your order for seven (7) days from when you were notified that your order was ready for pickup. If you do not pick up the order within 7 days, we will cancel your order and refund the cost to your original payment method within 15 days.
Can I ask to have my online order held at the store for longer than seven (7) days?
Yes, you can call the store up to seven (7) days after placing an order to request a later pickup date.
Where are Lordco Auto Parts stores located?
Lordco Auto Parts retail locations can be found in Canada in the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta. There are over 85 locations in Canadian major cities and small towns. Find a store near you.
What Do I need to bring with me to the store to pick up my online order?
You will need to bring a print or digital copy of the confirmation email or order number, along with a piece of valid photo ID, to the parts counter located inside the store.
Where in the store do I pick up my online order?
After entering the store, proceed to the parts counter, where an available associate will retrieve your order.
Can I change the pickup location of my online order?
You cannot change the pickup location after you place an order. Contact the pickup store and ask a representative for help updating the pickup location.
I don't live near a Lordco Auto Parts store. Can you ship my order directly to me?
We currently do not offer retail shipping services and can not deliver directly to your address. Online retail orders can only be picked up at a Lordco Auto Parts location.
How do I cancel an online order?
Call the store you selected as your pickup location to cancel the order. You will not be charged a fee for cancelling the order.
Will I be charged a fee if I cancel my online order?
No, you will not be charged a fee for cancelling an online order.
