HD Expert™ Concentrate Extra Mixed-Fleet Global Heavy Duty Antifreeze/Coolant is the ultimate solution for use in a wide range of vehicles, including both foreign and domestic makes and models. It is suitable for both light and heavy duty diesel engines, making it a versatile option for mixed fleet use, including on-road, off-road, construction, and farm vehicles. HD Expert™ Extra protects your vehicles from rust and corrosion for all coolant system metals, including aluminum. This formula also provides extended protection against wet sleeve liner cavitation pitting and extreme temperature variations ranging from -37°C to 132°C. It is formulated to prevent overheating in the summer and freezing in the winter when used in accordance with OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and the product manufacturer’s guidelines regarding product dilution. HD Expert™ Extra formulas use advanced OAT corrosion inhibitor technology, which provides extended protection against rust and corrosion.
  • HD Expert™ Extra meets or exceeds standards/manufacturer's specifications: ASTM D3306, D4985, D6210, D7583, AS/NZS 2108.2004 Type A, BRP, Caterpillar (not EC-1), Cummins 3666132, DDC 7SE 298, 93K217, Kubota, and more.
  • Compatible with all aluminum radiators found in today’s engine cooling systems and is formulated for light and heavy duty diesel engines, including on-road, off-road, construction, and farm applications.
  • Avoid costly repairs and downtime with HD Expert™ Extra’s service life protection of up 960,000 km/600,000 miles or 6 years, whichever comes first, when used in heavy duty diesel applications.
  • ProShield™ Organic Acid Technology (OAT) Corrosion Defense is used to help prevent corrosion and does not contain 2-EHA, nitrite, borate, amine, or phosphate.
  • The HD Expert™ Extra ethylene glycol-based formula can be used with similarly formulated OAT engine coolant, making it a versatile solution that can be used to service different engines.
  • HD Expert™ Extra is perfect for flush & fill. This formula is ideal for use in mixed fleets.
  • HD Expert™ Concentrate Extra must be diluted with water prior to use, and should not be used in concentrated form. A 50/50 dilution is generally recommended for the best balance of protection.
