We are proud to be a 100% Canadian-owned and operated business serving Western Canada. We opened our first store in 1974 in Maple Ridge, British Columbia.

What is a core charge?

The core charge is a refundable deposit on the value of the used part the buyer is replacing by some manufacturers and suppliers. The core charge is refunded when the buyer returns the used part in its original packaging. Learn more about returning a core.

What is an Eco Fee?

An Eco Fee, sometimes called an Environmental Fee, is a taxable fee collected by manufacturers and retailers to help fund recycling programs that divert potentially hazardous items from landfills.

Does Lordco Auto Parts sell car paint?

What is Lordco Loyalty?

Lordco Loyalty offers account holders savings applied on top of our improved shelf-pricing for eligible products across almost all product categories. With Lordco Loyalty, lordco.com account holders can save money on online and in-store purchases. Sign in or create an account to take advantage of Lordco Loyalty.

Is Lordco Loyalty pricing better than retail shelf pricing?

Lordco Loyalty pricing is typically lower than shelf pricing, though it does not apply to all products. Also, if an item is on sale or clearance, then the sale or clearance price is the best price available to you.

How will I identify my Lordco Loyalty savings when shopping online?

Your Lordco Loyalty savings are displayed as an adjusted price in green text beside the item's original price (see image). You must sign in to your lordco.com account to view Lordco Loyalty savings applicable to you.

Can I use my lordco.com account to receive Lordco Loyalty savings when buying at a store?

Absolutely! Provide your email address, account number, or phone number—plus a piece of ID—to a store representative who will retrieve your lordco.com account and apply your Lordco Loyalty savings.

Buying Online

What are the advantages of an online account?

With a lordco.com account, you can sign in and apply Lordco Loyalty savings to eligible products across almost all our product categories. Once you have created an account, stay signed in to lordco.com to view your Lordco Loyalty savings. Your adjusted price will display in green text beside the original price.

You can also apply Lordco Loyalty savings when shopping in-store. A store representative will need your email address, account number, or phone number, plus your ID, to retrieve your account and apply your savings.

 

How do I create an online account?

Create an account to access Lordco Loyalty savings online and in-store, checkout faster, track your orders, and manage lists and vehicles saved to your garage. The process is quick and easy.

Can I have my online order shipped direct to my address rather than picking it up at a store?

We currently do not offer retail shipping services. Online orders are available for pickup only at a Lordco Auto Parts location and cannot be shipped directly to your address.

Is the item quantity shown online accurate?

While we do everything possible to ensure the accuracy of our website, inventory quantity or pricing can change without notice.

When will the Lordco Auto Parts mobile app be available?

A Lordco Auto Parts mobile app is on our future to-do list. Our primary focus, at the moment, is to deliver a seamless desktop and mobile lordco.com experience. A user-friendly and robust app is a long-term goal.  

How do I prevent autocorrect from taking over when searching for an item?

Autocorrect is enabled when a search returns no results. If you encounter this issue, use the contact form in the bottom-left of any page to tell us what search term you used and the expected results, e.g., Raybestos Brakes, Street Performance Disc Brake Rotor, or Part #980005. We will use the information you share to improve search results.

How do I filter my search to show items that are in stock at my preferred retail location?

We are working on an in-stock filter to show which items are available and which are out-of-stock at your selected store location. When the in-stock filter is available, it will appear as a toggle switch.

How do I search for items online?

  1. Enter the item's name, part number, manufacturer, or category in the search box at the top of the page.
  2. Select Enter.

How do I find items that fit a particular vehicle year, make, and model?

Check part fitment for a specific vehicle by adding it to your garage. Vehicle remain in your garage until cleared.

  1. Select the Add a vehicle button from the top-left of any page.
  2. Select Add a vehicle to open the virtual garage.
  3. Select the applicable vehicle information.
  4. Enable the Filter By Vehicle toggle by moving it to the right.
  5. Select GO to open the Search page.
  6. Use the filters in the left column to find items by category, brand, etc.

You can add or remove vehicles from your garage as needed.

How do I check product availability at a store for an item?

Follow these steps to check for product availability at your preferred location: 

  1. Set your preferred store location.  
  2. Navigate to the product you need and select View Details. 
  3. If the location has the item in stock, the quantity available will appear beneath Fulfillment.

Where can I find special promotions?

Follow these steps to find special promotions:

  1.  Select the On Sale toggle from the search page.
  2. View flyers and promotions.
  3. Visit Rebates to find products offering cash back or other savings.
