A History of Charitable Assists

Since 2018, Lordco has been a proud sponsor of Canucks Sports and Entertainment and in 2021 launched this contest. We have awarded prizes to teams from across our hockey-loving province. 

With the Vancouver Canucks in our corner, we’ve been able to step-up our game in giving back to British Columbia. As a corporate sponsor, we fundraise and support the Canucks for Kids Fund, the organization's charitable arm, and its many initiatives, including assisting children's charities and developing grassroots hockey. In the spring, our focus is the Canucks for Kids Fund Telethon, and its beneficiaries Canuck Place Children’s Hospice, Canucks Autism Network, and BC Children’s Hospital.

In the summer, we lend our support on the green to the Jake Milford Golf Tournament, helping to raise money for the Canucks for Kids Fund and the Vancouver Canucks Alumni Foundation. We are proud to have made significant contributions to the Canucks for Kids Fund over time, and we aim to increase our support with each successive year.

In the winter, Lordco has previously donated $15,000 to the Canucks Dice & Ice Gala, a signature charitable event attended by the entire roster of the players, coaches, and management. The next gala will take place in January 2025, with proceeds from the event benefiting the Canucks for Kids Fund, Canucks Autism Network, and Canuck Place Children’s Hospice.

Through sponsorship opportunities, we use the power of sports to bring people together and positively impact communities, families, and hockey players in British Columbia. Because when we are on the same team, everyone wins big.
