In 2022, Lordco Auto Parts made a significant leap forward with the relocation to a new Head office and Distribution Centre in Port Coquitlam, BC. This state-of-the-art facility spans an impressive 377,000 square feet and serves as a hub for the company’s operations, reflecting its growth and commitment to efficiency. The new headquarters not only replaces the original corporate office but also consolidates five existing warehouses from the Lower Mainland into one centralized location, streamlining logistics and enhancing operational capabilities.

The modern design of the facility includes a multi-level racking system that optimizes storage space and improves inventory management. Additionally, the office arena encompasses 45,000 square feet over three floors, providing ample room for staff collaboration and administrative functions. This combination required some serious stopping power, so Creationz Speed and Surround turned to Bear’s big brake system for the car, colour matching the calipers to the paint. The entire vehicle is accented beautifully by the Niche bronze wheels wrapped in Zena rubber. Its fully custom interior and sound system tie the whole car together, making it a real showstopper.
