At Lordco Auto Parts, the holiday season is about more than celebrations — it’s about recognizing the people who make this company what it is.

Since Lordco was founded in 1974, every employee has received a Christmas gift as a thank-you for their dedication and hard work. More than 50 years later, this tradition remains a meaningful part of Lordco’s culture and reflects a long-standing commitment to valuing its people.

Each gift is thoughtfully tied to years of service, celebrating an employee’s journey and key milestones along the way. All apparel gifts are co-branded with Lordco, while non-apparel items are carefully selected to reflect each service milestone.

• Years 0–2: A sweater or hoodie
• Years 3–4: A winter jacket
• Years 5–6: A rain jacket
• Year 7: A backpack
• Year 8: A carry-on bag
• Year 9: Luggage
• Year 10 (Milestone): A quality watch, engraved with the employee’s anniversary year
• Years 11–14, 16–19, 21–24: Choice of one of three curated gifts
• Year 15 (Milestone): A gold or white gold ring, engraved to mark the occasion
• Year 20 (Milestone): A clock or framed print, featuring photography from Lordco’s annual car calendar
• Year 25: A trip for the employee and their spouse

In addition to these gifts, every employee receives a Christmas tree ornament made exclusively in-house. Each ornament packaging is personally signed by Lordco President Marylyn Coates — a tradition that requires time and care, especially with more than 2,000 employees across the company.
