The 598 cubic inch Dart block, heads, and intake screams to life taking your breath away as it shakes the ground beneath you. A Fast 2.0 fuel injection system helped this machine produce an impressive 870-foot pounds of torque on the dyno, causing the car to leap forward with every input of the throttle.
In 2019, Lordco Auto Parts achieved a significant milestone by expanding beyond its home province of British Columbia and opening its first store in Calgary, Alberta. This first Alberta location marked the beginning of Lordco's expansion into a new market after 45 years of successful operations in BC. The Calgary store, located in the former Sears warehouse building on Glendeer Circle, is an impressive 45,000-square-foot location. It features a well-stocked 12,500-square-foot retail area, including a dedicated truck centre, and a vast storage area housing hundreds of brands and thousands of parts.

Since this initial expansion into Alberta, Lordco has continued its growth in the province. By 2021, the company had opened additional stores in Calgary and Edmonton. The growth continued into 2023, with new locations in Airdrie and Red Deer. Today, Lordco operates six stores in Alberta, serving customers across the province.

The original Calgary store remains the largest of Lordco's Alberta locations, showcasing the company's commitment to the market. It offers a wide range of products, from automotive parts and accessories to truck, RV, and marine supplies, catering to both automotive professionals and enthusiasts. This expansion has allowed Lordco to bring its reputation for exceptional customer service and extensive product selection to a broader audience in Western Canada, now totaling ninety stores across BC and Alberta.

Another Impressive build done and owned by Mcbride's Service is Terry’s 1970 Chevrolet Chevelle SS, nicknamed Chucky.

Keeping all that torque under control is no easy task, but the help of a Turbo 400, Auburn rear end, and Strange Engineering axles make it possible. The beautiful deep red paint shifts from lighter to darker shades as you move around the vehicle, an amazing job done in Drayton Valley by the Dreamcar Restoration team.
