Type F Floorboard Screws are used in applications requiring secure and reliable metal fastening, such as sheet metal work, metal fabrication, electrical enclosures, automotive assembly, and general manufacturing. These self-tapping screws are ideal for joining metal panels, trim, and structural components without pre-drilling, providing strong, durable connections in demanding environments. Thread cutting screws do not generate as much stress on material as thread-forming screws. Thread cutting screws feature a blunt, tapered point and cutting edges to assist with thread creation and material removal.
