C700 Flush-Face Couplings were developed to handle dirty conditions in construction and maintenance applications. The flat faces on both coupler and nipple are easily wiped clean before connection, avoiding difficult connection and fluid contamination. Other features include a built-in sleeve lock (by rotating the sleeve), single handed connection, non-spill design, excellent bidirectional flow performance, and an enhanced zinc-nickel plating for superior corrosion resistance. Flush-Face Couplings are most often seen on hydraulic jackhammers and emergency rescue equipment, but they are gaining in popularity in a variety of applications. The 3/8" size conforms to HTMA (Hydraulic Tool Manufacturers Association) specifications. C700 Series Couplings come standard with buna-N (Nitrile) seals and exceed ISO 16028 specifications.
