The OLFA L-5 Heavy-Duty Fiberglass-Reinforced Ratchet-Lock Utility Knife with Multi-Pick has many features. The ergonomic, fiberglass-reinforced handle with an anti-slip rubber grip provides all-day comfort. Set blade depth to unlimited positions using the ratchet-lock blade dial. Spin the dial backward to loosen and position the blade. Then spin the dial forward for secure cutting without slips. A rugged stainless-steel blade channel backs every cut for dependable use. An LBB 18mm Ultra-Sharp Black Snap-Off Blade comes preloaded for sharp cutting. Premium OLFA Black Blades are 25% sharper than standard silver blades. Each blade offers eight (8) segments for continual use with fewer blade changes. When you to recharge the blade sharpness, snap for a new edge. Never lose work time with an efficient no-tool blade change. For added convenience, this heavy-duty knife features a metal multi-purpose pick. Use the pick for a variety of jobs that are not suited for a blade tip. Pry lids, pull staples or use the pick as a screwdriver for outlet plates. The unique multi-tip adds functionality and safeguards your blade tip. Fits most OLFA 18mm blades including LB Silver Snap Blades, L-SOL Solid Silver Blades, LWB Serrated Edge Blades, LFB Ultra-Sharp Black Speed Blades, and LH Hook Snap Blades. Cuts carpet, cardboard/corrugate, flexible plastics, gaskets, house wrap, laminates, linoleum, nylon, plastic sheeting, plastic straps, shrink wrap, tape, turf, twine/rope, and more.
