Hypertherm 220671 Replacement Plasma Cutting Nozzle is a genuine plasma torch consumable with a specified operating range of 15–45A. Designed for compatible Hypertherm T45v handheld and T45m machine torch configurations, it is listed in the official Powermax45 consumables catalogue for 45A handheld cutting and mechanized cutting applications. It is also included in the Powermax45 Essential Consumable Kits and is available separately in bulk packaging. The nozzle constricts and directs the plasma arc to support controlled, consistent cutting performance. Although its specified operating range is 15–45A, the standard T45v/T45m configuration uses this nozzle for 45A cutting; Hypertherm recommends T30v 30A consumables for fine-feature cutting on thin metals.
