The Classic OLFA RTY-2/G Straight Handle Rotary Cutter is the original rotary cutter invented by OLFA. The simple design backed by solid construction create the ideal cutter for quilters, sewers, cosplay artists, and general crafters. With its classic straight handle, this cutter is yields easy and effective cutting. The robust design has integrated textured grooves that stop fingers from slipping. The blade cover is built into the tool and slides in during use and out for safe storage. With its symmetrical handle, this cutter is the choice for both right- or left-handed users. A convenient hole at the base of the handle allows for storage and hanging. An OLFA RB45 Rotary Blade is preloaded in the tool for cutting an array of materials such as fleece, felt, wool, leather, vinyl, and more. The 45mm Tungsten Steel blade is honed for extreme sharpness to cut up to eight (8) layers of cotton in a single pass. Compatible with standard OLFA 45mm blades, including RB45H Tungsten Steel Endurance Rotary Blade or RB45 Tungsten Steel Rotary Blade.
