When the original equipment 4WD locking hub actuator on certain Ford and Lincoln SUVs and trucks fails because the internal diaphragm has cracked and caused a vacuum leak, the dealer repair solution is to offer the same factory design, inviting similar future failures. This Dorman OE FIX locking hub actuator is powder coated and features an upgraded diaphragm material that is more resistant to wear and environmental contaminants than the factory diaphragm to offer a more permanent repair.

Improved design - this 4WD locking hub actuator is powder coated and features diaphragm material more resistant to wear and environmental contaminants than the OE unit to offer a more permanent repair
Ideal solution - engineered to help restore 4WD operation and ensure the proper vacuum required to engage the axle shaft when a factory actuator has failed due to a worn, cracked internal diaphragm
Direct replacement - designed to match the performance of the original equipment actuator on specified Ford and Lincoln SUVs and trucks
Trustworthy quality - backed by a team of product experts in the United States and more than a century of automotive experience
