Rock Tamers® Bolt Hole Punch is used to punch the top row of pre-molded holes into the mudflap (item RT022). After holes are created, assemble the cut end of mudflap into the flap clamp (item RT048). Complete the process by re-installing the flap clamp bolts (item RT056).
