Most Standard Zimmermann brake rotors are equivalent-quality spare parts, as defined by motor vehicle block exemption regulation KFZ-GVO (EU) no. 330/2010, which are on a par with the respective original parts first fitted. Brake rotors in our standard range of wearing parts are manufactured in dimensions and to a material quality specified by the automotive manufacturers. Since 2008 Zimmermann is offering Brake Rotors in a coated version named "Coat Z – anti corrosion". Herewith we follow the demand for a more attractive visual appearance.

High-precision manufacturing: Each of our brake discs undergoes a careful manufacturing process that guarantees the highest standards of precision. This ensures the lowest tolerances for all functionally relevant features, minimizing vibrations and braking noise.
Certified safety: All Zimmermann brake discs are manufactured in accordance with the strict requirements of ISO 9001. Our products not only meet, but also exceed the highest international safety and quality standards, which you can rely on at all times.
Tested raw materials: As a brake disc manufacturer, we only use high-quality cast materials that guarantee high thermal resistance and thus optimum braking performance of the brake discs. The specification of the cast material is derived from the original brake disc.
