This product is a cationic liquid polish and dewatering agent.  It is diluted with water and added to the final rinse water of a car wash process.  When this solution is sprayed on the car it is attracted to the metal surface like a magnet.  Its use builds up luster and corrosion protection as well as dramatically simplifies drying procedures.
