Mastercool Filters should be replaced every 175 pounds of use in order to properly remove acids and moisture that can damage compressors and contaminate oil in the vehicle. DO NOT accept look alike or knock off filters. You should change the filter-drier when notified by the machine to assure adequate moisture and contaminant removal as well as prevent lockout at 175 lbs of use.
