The Zimmermann Formula Z brake rotor was designed with the aim of teaming simple installation with optimum braking effect under high mechanical and thermal load. The compound brake rotors developed by Zimmermann accommodates the increased demands incurred by engine tuning and optimized chassis structures. Floating mounting enables radial expansion of the brake rotor under relatively heavy loads, thus preventing shielding and increasing resistance to heat cracks. The rotors are not subject to registration: general ABE certification or ECE note supplied with rotor. This makes it an excellent alternative for patent protected OE brake rotors as well as an ultimate solution for tuning fans. To cap everything the complete line is coated with "Coat Z – anti corrosion". Herewith we follow the demand for a more attractive visual appearance.
