Made in USA. Melling high performance oil pumps provide dependable performance every time in every application under the toughest RPM conditions. The Melling 10227 high performance oil pump is a standard volume upgrade of the M227. The 10227 oil pump is designed specifically for the 4.6L DOHC Mustang Cobra and 4.6-X SOHC Mustang. The 10227 is supplied with billet steel rotors and features an anodized hard coated aluminum body and a phosphate coated cast iron cover for improved pump performance and durability. Every Melling high performance oil pump is individually tested for pressure and flow under actual engine operating conditions.
