Lubriplate’s 3000 with Moly is a PREMIUM product recommended by rare car enthusiasts! In fact, Moly with graphite grease is demanded by heavy equipment manufacturers like Cat! Moly provides a barrier between moving parts, resisting shock and pressure. EP (extreme pressure) additives enhance protection and component performance. Lubriplate 3000 is ideal for use in automotive kingpins, ball joints, steering knuckles, U-joints, heavy equipment pins and bushings, fifth wheels, gears, rockers, cams, slides, and off-road vehicle pins and bushings such as snowmobile skid decks. Note that Moly grease should not be used for packing higher-speed ball or roller bearings (use L0220-04) Moly is suited for “big, slow-moving parts” that take a hit and need a barrier to prevent wear from constant pressure and rotation. The long-long lasting tenacious film provides superior protection against water, salt brine, rust and corrosive contaminants.
