Trans-Dapt Performance Products' bolt on style filter bypass adapters are primarily for early model engine blocks that did not come with a spin-on style oil filter. These adapters are easy to install. Simply bolt the adapter to the engine block, where the stock oil filter bracket is, and hook up the oil lines to your oil filter relocation system, or oil cooling unit. These adapters are cast in aluminum, have 1/2 inch NPT ports, and come complete with adapter, mounting bolts and gaskets or o-ring.
