We found the stickiest PP resin on the market and extrude it into a 90 degree, V-shaped profile that's 1/4" (6.4 mm) on each of the sides. These rods are very convenient when welding flanges on bumper covers or any other time that you need to weld 2 pieces of at a 90 degree angle. This strip comes conveniently packaged as a 30 foot (9.1 m) pack. Each stick is 1 foot (30.5 cm) long and there are 30 sticks in one pack. There are approximately 132 sticks per pound. Use this rod with a hot air welder for welding up bumper covers made from PP blends (TPO, TEO, PP/EPMD, etc.) This rod is the BLACK color and makes a more invisible repair when welding black parts.

Works with airless, hot-air, and nitrogen plastic welders.
The corner rod allows you to get stronger welds on flanges and corners.
Black pigment added to make repairs more invisible on black plastic.
