The SATAjet 100 B can be used for a wide range of applications due to its extreme flexibility in setting the atomisation pressure. Due to the wide spray fan and fine atomisation, fillers and primers can be applied in a continuous flow despite the higher material viscosity. This saves valuable working time due to less grinding effort. Highlights
• Suitable for waterborne and solvent-based 1K- / 2K-primers and fillers in the car refinish sector.
• Fine atomization at low inlet pressure reduces sanding effort when applying filler to small areas.
• Ideally suited for wet-on-wet filler application.
• The large, elongated spray fan makes priming and filling large vehicle components effortless.
• The high transfer efficiency enables a low overspray application and significantly reduces masking effort.
• Anodized surface for time-saving cleaning.
