The choice for making ultra-thin cuts without damage to the materials underneath is the OLFA TS-1 Top Sheet Cutter. With its pen-like control, this compact knife allows the blade to be set in a tight range for a precise depth. The pressure sensitive system maintains even pressure distribution throughout the entire cut. The blade features a rounded tip to safeguard from punctures or damage to the materials under the cut. The knife comes with one blade installed for immediate use and two additional blades. Blade storage is conveniently located in the handle for easy access. This knife is the perfect choice for trimming the backing from waterproof membrane without damage to the membrane. It can also be used on cardstock, tape, shrink wrap, plastic sheeting, paper, or film to only cut the top layer of material without damage to the layers below.
