Specifically for drag racing, this is the most viscous ATF that we make and it isn't slippery. Red Line Racing Automatic Transmission Fluid has improved thermal stability, maintains viscosity levels, and features lower volatility while providing the required frictional characteristics of each fluid's OEM-style replacement. It has reduced oxidation and lower volatility at high temperature and allows high-temp operation without varnishing valves and clutches. This formula has extended drain intervals and is similar to a Type F fluid, featuring even higher viscosity and no friction modifiers. It produces faster shifts, quicker lock-up, better converter efficiency at high temps, and has enhanced extreme-pressure additives provide 5-times better film strength than petroleum ATFs and reduced clutch and gear wear compared to petroleum ATFs. With eight different combinations of viscosity, slipperiness, and OE-recommended additives packages, Red Line offers the widest selection of ATF available.
