This kit comes with a fully enclosed airbox that protects the filter from dirt and keeps out engine heat. The S&B Intake comes with either a dry extendable or cotton cleanable air filter. Both filters product your engine (over 99.26% efficient). The large surface area and dirt holding capacity make this the perfect intake for the working truck. Our new snap-In lid design requires no screws to secure it to the box. This makes installation and inspection quick and easy, as the filter can be installed and removed without having to remove the intake tube.
