The SprayMax 1K UV Primer-Filler is a semi-transparent, high-yield filler designed for spot repairs and small damage areas. Because it is a UV-curable product, it does not "dry" in the traditional sense; instead, it remains liquid until exposed to a specific wavelength of UV-A light, which triggers a nearly instant hardening process.
  • Rapid Throughput: Can be fully cured in as little as 1 to 4 minutes depending on the UV light source, allowing for immediate sanding after exposure.
  • High Filling Capacity: Excellent for smoothing out sand scratches and minor surface imperfections on a variety of substrates.
  • Versatile Adhesion: Bonds effectively to sanded steel, galvanized steel, aluminum, and even properly pre-treated plastics (like GRP, ABS, and PP).
