This dual-arm automatic rewind hose reel is made of heavy-duty steel with a durable, corrosion-resistant finish, ideal for intensive industrial environments. It is equipped with a full-flow swivel for optimal airflow, fluted reinforcements on each side for enhanced structural support, and an adjustable hose guide with up to 2 positions for greater flexibility. The 4-way guide rollers ensure smooth rewinding from any pulling angle. The multi-position ratchet lock, combined with easy spring tension adjustment, provides precise control. The fully enclosed, lubricated rewind spring is designed for long-lasting performance with minimal maintenance.The hose supplied with this reel is made of high-quality PVC. It remains flexible even in cold weather, offering an excellent alternative to rubber. It is lightweight, easy to handle, and rewinds smoothly without memory. It features excellent abrasion resistance. The pin-pricked, non-marking outer cover allows air to escape, preventing bubbling and bursting. It effectively resists weather conditions, UV rays, and chemicals, while providing medium to high resistance to oils. The hose is silicone-free and phthalate-free, and includes a bend restrictor at the hose outlet.
