This compressed air filtration system combines a 5-micron filter with an automatic drain and a 0.01-micron coalescing filter also equipped with an automatic drain, ensuring optimal air quality. A visual indicator shows the condition of the silica gel, changing from blue to pink when replacement is required. Compact and convenient, the system includes a filter regulator with gauge to save space and simplify installation. A safety exhaust shut-off valve is also included, providing complete control and added protection for the compressed air network.The desiccant dryer is ideal for moisture-sensitive applications, providing efficiency with a pressure dew point down to –40 °C. Air flows through the entire dryer to ensure maximum drying capacity. Compact and non-powered, it is easy to maintain, produces minimal pressure drop, and generates no air loss. It installs easily downstream of a filter or coalescing filter, directly at the point of use, to deliver perfectly dry compressed air.
