The BHS565 is an optional bracket to accommodate the installation of a GM 4th-gen F-Body T-56 or Magnum transmission into an LS or LT engine equipped OBS C1500 GM Truck/SUV. Choose one of the available Hooker Blackheart Engine Swap Mount Brackets, reuse your factory 700R4/4L60/4L60E crossmember, and grab a Hooker Blackheart 71223029HKR (black) or 71223030HKR (red) transmission mount. All that's left is the BHS565 and to choose between a T-56 or T-56 Magnum. If utilizing drive-by-wire (DBW) functionality, see Holley #145-113 DBW Accelerator Pedal Bracket that allows the use of Holley #145-160 DBW Accelerator Pedal to easily bolt in the perfect spot.
